There are three major rules to Vampire Society.
1) Do not break the Masquerade.
Masquerade: We don't want humans to know we exist do we? Do not make Vampires known to the mortal world. Unless you want to meet the wrong end of a sword or axe.
2) Do not, and I repeat, do not kill a kindred without the expressed permission of the Prince.
3) DO NOT COMMIT DIABLERIE!
Diablerie -- the draining of essence from another Vampire. The worst of all atrocities committed by a vampire. Only the Wolf is allowed to commit such evils.
