The Flask and the Barrel

The Flask and the Barrel is a little non-descript building, hardly fancy by elven standards. The building itself is situated in the heart of Kelvan and is built into a short, squat area of hillside. It's very indistinguishable with the exception of a small sign stating its name. The tavern keeper, Alarhaan, is a tall willow of a man-young and popular with the elven women. Very little is known about him or the history of the building that he built and established himself.
