The Crying Hawk's Alehouse

The Crying Hawk is one of Kelvan's most reputable, yet sinister, buildings. Made out of a great gnarled and twisted willow darkened with age, the building itself seems to resonate with a deep, dark sense of power. The interior is tastefully designed and is usually frequented by the upper class of Comeltum. It's owner, Rarihucc, is a mysterious, middle aged elf. He is known to frequent the nearby Hall of Foxes. Aside from his interactions with his customers, he tends to be a recluse.
