Baton Rouge Not exactly near New Orleans, this land is a safe-zone where the Kine, Wolves, and Mages can rest from fighting. Essentially a quiet nighttime retreat. Voodoo Graveyard Once a place of worship, this graveyard has been swept away by the great storm that hit New Orleans. The tombstones of the great voodoo mistresses are presently left unmarked because of the tombstones and crypts being swept away. However, Kindred may find beauty and peace in this graveyard. Kindred may also find that a proper resting place from the rest of the world can be found here. However, the unintelligent hunter does have a tendency to stroll into the wasp’s nest from time to time so the intelligent Kindred may sup upon the nectar of the hunter. The Werewolf dare not enter the voodoo graveyard. Doing so would only bring death upon those that enter, however it does not stop the brave if not foolish werewolf from entering the graveyard if not entering incredibly well armed. The Mage must enter this graveyard. As a part of their overwhelming religious tendencies, a Mage must enter this graveyard (unless they are at present non-religious) in order to leave a fetish for the great Voodoo priestesses of yesteryear. French Quarter The scent of water can still be found in the oldest area of New Orleans. The streets are covered with worn away cobblestone from the hurricane that devastated this once beautiful city. The streets are usually full of shuffling citizens, all on their way to whatever nightly duties or entertainments that persuade them. The kindred of the French Quarter are usually stand-offish, typically using hide aways such as sewers or back alleys. The city streets are not safe for them. The streets of the French Quarter are quite famous for their self-righteous hunters. The Werewolves have no specific problem with hunting in the French Quarter. The walls are covered with webs from the Spider clan, and the scent of death lingers high in the air. Werewolves also find it particularly enlightening to fight a hunter in his prime. So, a werewolf usually lives if not prefers the French Quarter above others. The Mage, having derived his or her power from the water itself, thrives upon the atmosphere of the French Quarter. The life force of the people feeds into the life force of the Mage and he is thus drawn to it like a moth to the flame. However, there are others who seek to bring harm upon the Mage.
