Imgara

Imgara is a small elven town, and one of the less revered by far. The folk that frequent Imgara tend to be shady at best. It's widely known for its wealth of assassins, mercenaries, and all sorts of cretins. Well bred elves are typically not seen here, nor is their presence appreciated by the locals. The Duke And Duchess of Imgara govern the city (Tiraruen and Aenthyuste Uhoranean). The Duke is a rather complacent man, and it is widely known that his wife holds the power over the city.
