The Karna Isle

The Karna Isle is an entire island off of the continent's western coast dedicated to the various magics associated with water. Four teachers are responsible for teaching students, each of which specializes in a specific type of magic. The academy is an imposing structure also made purely of ice. It's meant to look as if it's simply another half of the palace, like the building initially belonged in the capital city but was moved for whatever the reason.
