West Island

West Island, like old Montreal, is Elysium. No harm shall come to any creature...well...other than Vampires. Because of the pact of 1830, Werewolves and Mages have found that the Vampire lords have unfairly assumed Downtown theirs. So, West Island is the home of the Werewolves and Mages who set aside their differences to plan out the end of the Vampires of Downtown. However, no plan is ever followed or written down for fear of war, but plans are made. Therefore, leading West Island into a state of constant disarray and turmoil.
