Just a few things I would like to mention about the site itself that you should keep in mind when posting or chatting:
1. This site is NOT PG. I ask that all members be at least 13 years of age to join, as the content is most definitely intended for a more mature audience. If I find out that you're underage, you will be banned for an indefinite amount of time.
2. Sex, violence, swearing... it's all allowed. But to a certain degree. Please people, I don't want to read random humpage threads, or see some character who's goal in life is to spew as many random swear-words out of his mouth as possible. Keep it to a reasonable degree. Don't do what I wouldn't do... I know that's not saying much.
3. Powerplaying is not tolerated. I detest it. If I see you powerplaying/godplaying I WILL notify you. Consider that your warning. The only time I will tolerate powerplaying is if you post a message OOC that states a conversation you had with the person you're RPing with that clearly shows that they agreed with the powerplay in question.
4. I don't want players cutting down other people OOC. If I see someone verbally attacking another member, they will be removed from the site immediately. No questions asked. I will not tolerate slander... although playful bantering in good humor is most definitely allowed. You all should know where to draw the line.
5. I do not accept cyberpets in roleplay like this. Understand that I do accept animals, just not cyberpets. So in other words, I don't want to see someone sign up with a pet "Snoogemboogie". Yeah. Keep in mind, animals can be found in the realms, but again, it also depends on the situation and the realm your character was born in. If you are unsure, please ask a mod or myself before posting a character who has a pet. Pets may be gifted (or given to you), however, when roleplaying with a mod or admin. Creatures such as dragons, firedrakes/firelizards and other mythical beings are granted permission on a strict basis, and again, are dependent upon your character and their birth world.
6. Characters can only be in one place at once. Seems like decent common sense to me. That means that your character can only be involved in one thread at once, until that thread is concluded. Comprende?
Characters can obviously travel in between cities/towns/places no problem, but just make sure they are not in any other thread that is not concluded before posting again.
7. If a thread is complete, you've lost your muse or otherwise, please change the subject of the thread to "Finished" or something equally as conclusive, so myself or another admin/mod can move the thread over to the archives. Thanks muchly!
